Adrian Miller, recovering attorney, BBQ historian, author and great guy joins JT and Lee Ann to discuss his journey of BBQ and books. Adrian has focused on the influence of black slaves and black culture on the development of BBQ in the USA. Know as the Soul Food Scholar, Adrian’s last tome “Black Smoke” has won multiple awards and recognition from all corners of the food world. Adrian shares many experiences with Lee Ann and JT.
