Ray Sheehan creator of BBQ Buddha BBQ Sauces, columnist and author joins JT on BBQ Nation to discuss his new book, Award Winning BBQ Sauces and How to Use Them. Ray and JT dissect the basic components of a great sauce like the sauces from BBQ Buddha, when and how to use them. BBQ Buddha recently was won the Award of Excellence for his Memphis Mop Sauce.
