Bill Wheeler got a later start in the world of competitive BBQ. But Bill catches on quick. From burning a few briskets (among other proteins) Bill polished his skill with the help of his friend and mentor Myron Mixon. Bill is now a permanent part of Myron’s BBQ posse. You can find Bill and his wife either on the BBQ trail or at Myron’s compound, where good things happen. Bill shares his BBQ experience with JT on BBQ Nation.
